Kaya Skin Clinic appointed IOC to rework our Customer Interfacing Training Modules that are the backbone of the culture of the Organization. The team at IOC led by Deepa got down to the very basics of every element of the customer journey in Kaya, were able to pick up brilliant insights through their research and own customer experience and got to understand the business so well in such a short time, that we were able to scale up from reworking 1 module to doing 4 modules in a span of 6 months.
