Assessment & Development Centers

Assessment & Development Centers comprise a combination of selection tools and activities, which provide insights into the behaviors of individuals. Assessment Centers are designed primarily for selection, and Development Centers identify potential.

The Assessment & Development Centers follow a bespoke design to ensure that the key competencies are assessed using the most appropriate tools and techniques.
