Ten years ago, the launch of Insights Management Consultancy LLC created a new breed of hospitality consultancy for the region – one that brought together a group of passionate and energetic hoteliers united by a set of core values, and a vision to be the go-to for Middle East hospitality, travel and service businesses. Founded in 2018, from offices in Abu Dhabi, it wasn’t long before the company had established a loyal following helping partner establish new hotel brands, re-energize ailing properties and completing ground-breaking research in the online and travel space.
To mark the milestone ten-year anniversary and a decade serving independent, regional and global brands within the region, the company has undergone a major rebranding exercise. Providing invaluable insight to partners is one of the consultancy’s fundamental principles and this was the framework for building the new brand – quite literally turning things InsightOut!

InsightOut operates from its main office in JLT, Dubai with representative offices in Egypt and the UK. Over the past ten years it has successfully grown its core services. It is the lead market analysts of PhoCusWright; the global authority of hospitality and tourism research and has just been appointed by HSMAI (Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International) to manage and run the Middle East Chapter.
