The Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Insight Out Consultancy DMCC and its Founder and Managing Director; Mona Faraj as the HSMAI UAE Managing Director. Mona and her UAE-based team will be responsible for growing organizational and individual membership in addition to putting the Association’s valuable educational resources at the fingertips of hotel sales and marketing professionals in the region.

With over 25 years of hospitality expertise, Mona is the Founder & MD of Insight Out, formally known as Insights Middle East, a hospitality and service industry focused practice founded in 2008 with a specialty in hospitality & tourism research, sales, marketing, distribution and revenue management. Insights very quickly established itself as the go-to company, and Faraj and her team’s in-depth knowledge of every market across the GCC, Middle East and Africa made them the obvious choice for the development of the UAE Chapter.

The HSMAI Revenue Optimization Conference (ROC) UAE will be held Tuesday, December 4 at the Madinat Jumeriah. This will be the fifth HSMAI ROC event held globally. The other ROC events are in the United States, The Netherlands, Singapore, and Brazil, and are the premier educational events for revenue management executives in the hotel industry.
