The association provides hotel professionals and their partners with tools, insights, and expertise to fuel sales, inspire marketing, and optimize revenue through programs such as HSMAI’s Revenue Optimization, Conference, Digital Marketing Strategy Conference and Adrian Awards.
HSMAI offers organizational and individual membership, with more than 7,000 members worldwide, with 36 chapters in the Americas Region. There are three regions: the Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe, and a chapter in the UAE. Each region has geographic chapters and signature programs and services for association members.
