Kaya Skin Clinic appointed IOC to rework our Customer Interfacing Training Modules that are the backbone of the culture of the Organization. The team at IOC led by Deepa got down to the very basics of every element of the customer journey in Kaya, were able to pick up brilliant insights through their research and own customer experience and got to understand the business so well in such a short time, that we were able to scale up from reworking 1 module to doing 4 modules in a span of 6 months. Besides creating these solid modules. Deepa is a brilliant trainer with a great command over her audience. She is a good balance of fun and seriousness, knows how to steer the pulse of the participants and keeps everyone engaged in spite of the long training hours. It has been a great learning experience working with Deepa on these projects and our teams really look forward to training with her.
